・妊婦のTAPブロックでは30分後に血中局所麻酔薬濃度が最高値になる。
・塩分誘発のTh17発現を抑えれば自己免疫疾患の増悪を防げるかも。
・病的肥満患者も非肥満患者も病院死亡率は変わらなかった。
・全例除菌は血流感染症の減少およびMRSA株分離に有効。
・脳出血患者に対する急速降圧療法はoutcomeを変えなかった。
・やや低tidal+PEEPで術後呼吸機能上昇、合併症低下する。
・重症ARDS、早期に腹臥位で生存率が上がる。
